碱性离子液体催化的一锅法合成4-氨基苯乙烯衍生物

Basic Ionic Liquid Mediated One-Pot Synthesis of 4-Aminobenzylidene-Scaffold Derivatives

4-氨基苯乙烯衍生物是重要的有机合成中间体. 使用碱性离子液体氢氧化1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑作为催化剂、反应试剂和反应介质, 通过4-卤苯甲醛, 活泼亚甲基类化合物和仲胺参与的一锅法多组分反应绿色高效地合成得到了4-氨基苯乙烯类化合物, 所得产物都有较高的收率. 离子液体可以回收利用. 合成的目标化合物结构经1H NMR, 13C NMR 和 MS表征.

4-Aminobenzylidene derivatives are very important synthetic intermediates. A fast and green protocol for the one-pot multi-component reaction of 4-halobenzaldehyde, active methylene compounds and secondary amines was developed using a basic ionic liquid, 1-methyl-3-butylimidazolium hydroxide, [bmIm]OH, as catalyst, reagent and reaction medium. All the corresponding 4-aminobenzylidene-scaffold derivatives were obtained in good to excellent yields. The [bmIm]OH could be reused. Moreover, the structures of all the products were confirmed by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and MS techniques.
