为了探讨手性含1,3-亚乙氧基链双季铵盐在立体选择性反应中的不对称诱导效果,研究了硝基甲烷与查而酮的Michael加成反应。

The chiral bis-quaternary ammonium salts, 1,8-bis[(1S,2R)-N-(2-hydroxy-1-methyl-2-phenyl)ethyl-N,N-dimethylamm onium]-3,6-dioxaoctane diiodide and 1,11-bis[(1S,2R)-N-(2-hydroxy-1-methyl-2-phenyl)ethyl-N,N-dimethylam monium]-3,6,9-trioxaundecane diiodide were synthesized and their asym. induction effect in Michael addition of nitromethane and chalcone was studied. The enantiomeric excess was 27.0%. The effect of solvents on the stereoselectivity was also discussed.
