内酰胺型离子液体催化环己酮氧化合成己二酸

Oxidation of Cyclohexanone to Adipic Acid Catalyzed by Lac-tam-Based Ionic Liquid

以钨酸和己内酰胺为原料一步法合成了[CP]HWO4室温离子液体, 将其用于催化环己酮氧化合成己二酸, 考察了离子液体用量、配体种类、体系pH值等方面的影响. 结果表明, 该离子液体对于环己酮氧化合成己二酸具有良好的催化效果, 在环己酮100 mmol, 30%双氧水44.5 mL, [CP]HWO4 5 mmol, 反应初始液pH值为0.8, 反应时间8 h, 水杨酸5 mmol条件下, 己二酸分离产率可达85.35%. 且离子液体可重复使用.

Caprolactam tungstate ([CP]HWO4) room temperature ionic liquid was synthesized with N-methylimidazolium and caprolactam by one step. Oxidation of cyclohexanone to adipic acid catalyzed by this ionic liquid was carried out. The results show that [CP]HWO4 is an excellent catalyst for the oxidation of cyclohexanone. Under the conditions that cyclohexanone is 100 mmol, 30% hy-drogen peroxide is 44.5 mL, [CP]HWO4 is 5 mmol, pH of the reaction mixture is 0.8, reaction time is 8 h and salicylic acid is 5 mmol, isolated yield of adipic acid can reach 85%. The catalyst can be recycled easily with no loss of the activity.
