近年来, 稳定同位素化学标记结合质谱技术在定量蛋白质组学、代谢组学及转化医学等领域得到了广泛的应用.从同位素标记的官能团的角度进行了分类, 除了传统的、商品化的同位素标记技术, 还综述了一些最新报道的针对巯基、氨基和羧基等基团的特异性和非特异性同位素标记的策略及应用等方面的研究进展, 并对此方面的发展趋势和应用前景进行了展望.

关键词: 质谱, 同位素标记, 反转标记

This review focuses on the recent development of stable isotope labeling techniques on labeling strategy and application in recent years according to the functional groups of isotope labeling. In addition to the traditional, commercial isotope labeling techniques, some latest reported specific and non-specific labeling strategy for thiol, amino and carboxyl groups are summarized. The developing trends and application prospects are also given.
