简要地叙述了近年来对某些C2-取代、19-去亚甲基、C2-取代-19-去亚甲基-1α,25-二羟维生素D3类似物、C22-氧杂-1α,25-二羟维生素D3类似物、C20位具有二个边链-1α,25-二羟维生素D3类似物、维生素D受体拮抗剂、去C,D环-维生素D类似物的设计和合成以及其构象与生物活性的关系.

Based on 1α,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 exhibits its critical role in regulating calcium and phosphorus homeostasis, also regulates cell growth, differentiation, antiproliferation, apoptosis, and immunomodulation. This review concisely describes some of the current frontiers of vitamin D research in the design and syntheses of the analogs of C2-substituted-, 19-nor-, C2-substituted-19-nor-1α,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 (125D), C22-oxa-125D, Gemini vitamin D analogs, VDR-antago-nists (Vitamin D receptor), des-C,D-19-nor-125D and the relation between the conformations and the biological activities.
