纳米钙钛矿型复合氧化物La1-xSrxFeO3-δ结构研究

对催化甲烷完全氧化反应前后的La1-xSrxFeO3-δ系列纳米氧化物进行了IR,XRD, TG及Mossbauer谱学研究, 并与催化活性进行了关联。提出无序分布Fe^4^+的增加导致催化活性增加, 有序化的Fe^4^+和氧空位出现导致催化活性下降; 掺杂量相同的纳米粒子和大晶体相比较, 前者具有更高的含氧值, 这是其催化活性较高的另一重要原因。

In this paper, we have studied the structure of nanometer composite oxides La1-x.SrxFeO3-δ by means of Mossbauer spectroscopy, IR, XRD, and TG, and pointed out that the catalytic activity for complete oxidation of methane was related to the Fe^4^+ content, its distribution and oxygen content. Catalytic activity increased with the increase of disordered Fe^4^+ content, and decreased with the appearance of ordered Fe^4^+. The oxygen content of nanometer oxide was higher than that of large particle oxide with the same content of doped Sr, this resulted in the increase of catalytic activity for nanometer oxide.
