高稳定Ce-Mg-O复合氧化物纳米粉体的合成和结构分析

Synthesis and Structure Analysis of Nano-particle Ce-Mg-O Complex Compound with High Thermal Stability

采用聚合物前驱体法合成了高稳定的Ce-Mg-O复合氧化物纳米粉体.应用TG-DTA,TEM,XRD,Raman,BET表面积测试技术研究了Ce-Mg-O复合氧化物纳米粉体的结构和性能.结果表明采用聚合物前驱体法和引入碱土金属Mg有利于提高材料的比表面积,合成的Ce-Mg-O复合氧化物粉体平均粒径10~20nm,具有1000℃高温下不团聚、热稳定性好的性能.

The Ce-Mg-O complex compound with nano-size and high thermal stability was synthesized. The structure and typical property of the powder have been investigated by using TG-DTA, TEM, XRD, Raman and BET surface area technologies. The results indicated that the average crystalline size of the powder was from 10 to 20 nm, which led to the high surface area and good thermal stability and showed no agglomeration after 1000℃ calcination.
