微波法制备CdS插层K2Ti4O9复合物及其光催化制氢活性的研究

Preparation with the Aid of Microwave Radiation and Photocatalytic Properties of CdS Intercalated Layerd K2Ti4O9

采用微波法离子交换制备了CdS插层K2Ti4O9催化剂, 利用XRD, BET, 紫外-可见漫反射光谱和XPS对催化剂进行了表征. 考察了催化剂在紫外光和模拟太阳光下的光催化活性, 并对其机理进行了分析. 研究表明, 采用微波法制备的催化剂与传统法制备的催化剂结构相似, 进而有效地减少离子交换反应时间. 微波法CdS插层K2Ti4O9催化剂在紫外光及模拟太阳光照射3 h的累积产氢量分别为161.6 和2.1 mmol/gcat, 是传统法制备的催化剂活性的1.7和2.7倍.

CdS intercalated layerd K2Ti4O9 was prepared by iron exchange with the aid of microwave radiation, and was characterized by XRD, BET, UV-vis spectra, and XPS. The photocatalytic activity was carried out under UV light and simulant sunlight. The results showed that the structure of catalyst either prepared under microwave radiation or used conventional way was similar, but the reaction time of the former was reduced effectively. The photocatalytic hydrogen production activity in 3 h of CdS intercalated layerd K2Ti4O9 prepared with the aid of microwave radiation under UV light and sunlight irradiation, was 161.6 and 2.1 mmol/gcat, respectively. The photocatalytic activity was 1.7 and 2.7 times of the catalyst prepared by conventional way.
