非水体系模板法合成新颖形貌氮化硅基材料

Template Assisted Synthesis of Silicon Nitride-based Materials with Novel Morphologies in Nonaqueous System

以乙腈为溶剂, 十八胺为模板剂通过非氧化物溶胶-凝胶过程合成了新颖形貌的氮化硅基材料. 通过X射线衍射(XRD), 透射电子显微镜(TEM), 扫描电子显微镜(SEM), N2吸附-脱附和电子能谱(EDS)对样品进行了表征. 结果显示, 材料呈现出由薄膜组成的花瓣状和树叶状新颖形貌, 且具有很高的比表面积和孔径分布很窄的纳米孔, 同时证明了在非水体系中表面活性剂也存在自组装现象, 从而可以作为模板剂来合成具有特殊介观结构和形貌的材料.

Novel mesostructured silicon nitride-based materials were synthesized for the first time by using acetonitrile as the solvent and octadecylamine as the template in the non-oxide sol-gel process. The synthesized samples were characterized by XRD, TEM, SEM, N2 adsorption-desorption isotherm and energy dispersive spectroscopy. Characterization results indicate that these materials are flower-like and leaf-like thin film materials with high surface area and nanoporosity of narrow distribution in pore size. This study also suggests capable self-assembly of some surfactants into association in non-aqueous media, which has potential application to template the synthesis of materials with novelty in structures and morphologies. The formation mechanism of materials was preliminarily discussed.
