The enantiomer separation of amino acids with optimization program of any kind multi step temperature programming gas chromatography

The enantiomer separation of derivatized amino acids by GC on Chirasil-L-Val can be optimized by application of multistep temperature programming. The time of anal. can be shortened without any apparent decrease in the resoln. A diagram of the relative location x of a component in the column vs. the time t, called x-t diagram, is described. For the first time, the movement of particular chem. compounds along the column can be displayed by computer simulation.
