含有甘氨酸的Keggin型杂多蓝的合成和抗艾滋病毒(HIV-1)活性研究

Synthesis, Anti-HIV-1 Activity Study of Keggin Type Heteropoly Blues Containing Glycine

By means of controlled potential electrolysis, eight Keggin type heteropoly blue containing glycine coordination compounds have been synthesized. Their structures were characterized by IR, UV-vis, 1H NMR, 183 W NMR and XPS. This kind of compounds showed a good anti-base decomposition ability. The anti-HIV activities and toxicities of these compounds have been determined in human T lymph cells MT-4. It has been found that the anti-HIV activity tends to be stronger with the increase of the number of reducing electrons. Of them the four-electron heteropoly blue of glycine-containing dodecatungstogermanate (HPBG 110) has a high therapeusis index (TI). The results of the elementary test showed that the compounds played a role in anti-HIV activity by inhibiting HIV-1 absorption to the target cells surface in the early stage of virus infection.
