配合物[Co(qina)2(H2O)2]•2DMSO的晶体结构及其与DNA作用研究

Study on Crystal Structure of Complex [Co(qina)2(H2O)2]•2DMSO and Interaction with DNA

The complex [Co(qina)2(H2O)2]•2DMSO (qina=quinaldic acid) was synthesized. The title complex belongs to monoclinic system with space group of P2(1)/n, and renders a regular octahedral geometry. Qina coordinates to Co2+ with nitrogen atoms and oxygen atoms of carboxylic group; oxygen atoms of coordinated water occupy the axial positions. There are hydrogen bonds interaction among coordinated water, oxygen atoms of DMSO, uncoordinated oxygen atoms of qina. UV-Vis spectra and fluorescence spectra of complex interacted with DNA show there are interaction between title complex and sperm DNA, and insertion is main binding mode.
