茉莉酸类化合物作为一类重要的植物激素,在植物启动和激活自身的化学防御系统中扮演着重要作用. 最新的研究表明,某些茉莉酸衍生物具有抗癌、消炎等作用. 因此茉莉酸及其衍生物的合成得到了广泛的关注. 对茉莉酸及其衍生物合成方法的研究进展进行了综述.

Jasmonates involved in various plant physiological responses have long been considered to be a kind of potent plant hormone due to its important activation and regulatory roles in plant metabolism against various biotic and abiotic stress. Most recently, the extensive research has shown that some of jasmonic acid derivatives play key roles in anti-cancer and anti-inflammatory. Therefore, the synthesis of jasmonic acid and its derivatives have been increasingly highlighted in the concerned field. In this paper, the authors review some of the most relevant work on the chemical synthesis development of jasmonic acids and their derivatives.
