报道了一种在醋酸锰(III)作用下,3-(2-萘基)-1-取代酰基硫脲自身发生环化反应,高效合成萘并[2,1-d]噻唑类化合物的新方法.该方法具有操作简便、原子利用率高、对环境友好以及试剂价廉易得等优点.

A new and efficient approach has been developed to synthesize 2-substituted acylamino naphtho[2,1-d]thiazole compounds through the reaction between 3-(2-naphthyl)-1-substituted acylthiourea and manganese(III) acetate under ambient air. This reaction has the advantage of simple operation, high atom economy, environmentally friendly, and cheap reagents.
