发展了一种银催化的环丙烯酮与醇的C—C键活化反应合成α-苯基肉桂酸酯的高效方法. 该反应条件温和, 区域选择性专一, 底物官能团兼容性好, 产物收率高, 对于天然产物的后期修饰具有重要意义.

An efficient method for the synthesis of α-phenylcinnamates via silver catalyzed C—C bond activation reaction of cyclopropenone and alcohol was developed. This protocol features a simple reaction system, specific regioselectivity, good functional group compatibility and good yields. It is of great significance for the later modification of natural products.
