以取代苄叉氨基环己烷与Dane盐环化制备了23种新的单环β-内酰胺类化合物-顺-1-环己基-3-酰氨基-4-取代苯基-2-氮杂环丁酮. 并测定了合成的氮杂环丁酮类化合物的抗菌活性和抑制β-内酰胺酶的活性.

23 Novel monocyclic azetidinones were prepared by cyclization of Dane salt with substituted benzylidene aminocyclohexanes followed by a modified hydrolysis and amidation with corresponding acid chloride or acid and DCC. Compounds I (R = 2-, 4-Cl, 3,4-methylenedioxy) showed bacteriostatic and b-lactamaic inhibiting activity.
