为了研究不同构型和构象的环已烷化合物的光物理和光化学性质, 本文报道了顺式和反式1,4-二(α-萘基)环已烷(DNCH)的合成, 报道了该化合物的分离和结构鉴定。

cis- And trans-1,4-di(2-naphthyl)cyclohexanes (DNCH) were synthesized by Friedel-Crafts alkylation of naphthalene with 1,4-dibromocyclohexane. The cis- and trans-DNCH isomers were separated by column chromatog. The structures of the isomers were determine by 1HNMR, 13CNMR and MS.
