Synthesis of allyl-crown ethers

本文合成了六个不同结构的端烯丙基冠醚,除冠醚1、2外,其它均为新化合物,其结构均经IR、^1HNMR、MS和元素分析的数据所证实。

Six allyl-crown ethers: 3'-allyl-benzo-15-C-5(1), 4'-allkyl-benzo-15- C-5(2), 3'-allyl-benzo-18-C-6(3), 3'-allyl-benzo-24-C-8(4), 1, 4, 8, 11-tetra-oxa-6-allyl-oxy-dibenzo-14-C-4(5), and 3'-allyl-1, 4, 8, 11- tetra-oxa-6, 12-dihydroxy-dibenzo-14-C-4(6) were synthesized. Their structures were confirmed by elemental analysis, IR, ^1H NMR and Mass spectra. The crown ethers 1, 2, 3, 5 substituted polysiloxane were used as gas chromatographic stationary phase, which can easily form a thin film on the wall of a capillary column. It was shown that these crown ethers have better chromatographic characteristics and unique electivity in sepearting different polar and apolar compounds than those with low molecular weight crown ether and PEG-20M.
