Synthesis of 5-alkylene barbituric acid in solventless system under microwave irradiation

在微波固相反应条件下,由巴比妥酸与芳香醛发生缩合反应制备5-亚烃基巴比妥酸,该法操作简便、收率高。经1^HNMR、13^CNMR、IR、UV确证了产物的结构。

Microwave irradiation of a mixture of aromatic aldehyde and barbituric acid under solvent-free conditions provides a fast, efficient and high-yielding access to 5-alkylene barbituric acid. The products were identified by 1^H NMR, 13^ C NMR, IR and UV Spectroscopy.
