以蚕沙糊状叶绿素经酸碱降解制得的二氢卟吩P6三甲酯(2)为关键中间体,设计合成了9个二氢卟吩P6醚类衍生物3a~3e和4b~4e,用UV、IR、^1H、NMR、FAB-MS和元素分析确证了它们的结构。

Nine chlorin P6 ether derivatives (3a~3e and 4b~4e) were designed and synthesized via HBr addition of 2-vinyl of chlorin P6 trimethylester (2), which was prepared through acidic and alkaline oxidative degradation using silkworm excrement crude chlorophyll extracts as starting material followed by H2O, MeOH, EtOH, n-C3H7OH, CH2=CHCH2OH nucleophilic substitution and hydrolysis respectively. All these compounds are previously unknown. Their structures were assigned based on the data derived from UV, IR, ^1H NMR, FAB-MS and elemental analysis.
