室温离子液体催化“一锅法”合成3, 4-二氢嘧啶-2-酮

利用室温离子液体作催化剂,芳香醛、尿素和乙酰乙酯或乙酰丙酮三组分缩合制备3,4-二氢嘧啶-2-酮衍生物,反应条件温和,反应时间短,且不需另加有机溶剂,考察了不同取代基对芳香醛、尿素和乙酰乙酸乙酯或乙酰丙酮三组分缩合反应的影响。还考察了不同的室温离子液体的催化性能,发现1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸盐较1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐的催化效果略好。

Dihydropyrimidinones and their derivatives were synthesised in high yields by a one-pot threecomponent Biginelli condensation in th epresence of catalytic amounts of room temperature ionic liquids such as 1-n-Butyl- 3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate (BMImBF4) and hexafluorophosphorate (BMImPF6) under neurtral and solvent-free conditions. The one-pot Biginelli condensation has such advantages as high-yields, short reaction time, and simple procedure.
