5-(4-羟基苯基)-10,15,20-(4-甲氧基苯基)卟啉(1)与乙酰水杨酰氯 反应得到化合物3.5-[4-(4-溴丁氧基)苯基]-10,15,20-三(4-甲氧基苯基)卟 啉(2)分别与苯基哌嗪和1-(4-甲氧基苯基)哌嗪作用,制得了化合物4和5。合 成的新化合物分别经吸收光谱,^1H NMR,MS和元素分析所证实。

The reaction of 5-(4-hydroxyphenyl)-10,15,20-tris(4-methoxyphenyl) porphyrin (1) with acetylsalicyloyl chloride gave compound 3. Treatment of 5-(4-bromobutyloxyphenyl)-10, 15, 20-tris(4-methoxyphenyl)porphyrin (2) with phenylpiperazine and l-(4-methoxyphenyl)piperazine produced compounds 4 and 5, respectively. The structures of new compounds were confirmed by absorption spectroscopy, H NMR, MS and elemental analysis.
