Two New Diterpenoids from the Roots of Schnabelia tetradonta

通过硅胶柱层析从我国特有属植物四齿四棱草(Schnabelia tetradonta)根部乙醇提取物中分离纯化出2个新的17(15→16)-移-20-降松香烷型二萜化合物,分别命名为四棱草内酯A和B.经波谱分析,将它们的结构确定为17(15→16)-移-20-降松香烷-12,16-环氧-7,17-二羟基-5(10),6,8,12,15-五烯-11,14-二酮-18(1)-内酯(1)和17(15→16)-移-20-降松香烷-12,16-环氧-7-羟基-5(10),6,8,12,15-五烯-11,14-二酮-18(1)-内酯(2).具有这种分子骨架的二萜化合物为首次报道.

Two new 17(15→16)-abeo-20-nor-abietane diterpenoids, named schnabelolides A and B, were isolated from the ethanol extract of the roots of Schnabelia tetradonta (Lamiaceae), a Chinese endemic herb, through repeated column chromatographies. Their structures were elucidated as 17(15→16)-abeo-20-nor-abieta-12,16-epoxy-7,17-dihydroxy-5(10),6,8,12,15-pentaen-11,14-dion-18(1)-olide (1) and 17(15→16)-abeo-20-nor-abieta-12,16-epoxy-7-hydroxy-5(10),6,8,12,15-pentaen-11,14-dion-18(1)-olide (2) on the basis of spectroscopic evidence.
