总结了近年来对Pd催化的需氧氧化反应研究的最新进展, 包括醇的氧化反应和对二级醇的氧化动力学手性拆分, 烯烃的氧化反应, 氧化脱氢性C—O, C—N和C—C成键反应、以及C—C键键裂产生的开环、扩环、缩环反应. 另外, 对反应中涉及的机理研究也进行了详细的描述.

New advances in palladium-catalyzed aerobic oxidation reactions are reviewed. The reactions include aerobic oxidation of alcohol, kinetic resolution of secondary alcohols, oxidation of alkenes, oxidative C—O, C—N and C—C bond formation reactions, oxidative ring opening, expansion and contracting reactions. In addition, the mechanisms of these novel reactions are discussed in detail
