3-(未)取代苄氧基-6-氟哒嗪的合成及其除草活性

Synthesis and Herbicidal Activity of 3-(Un)substitutedBenzy-loxy-6-fluoropyridazines

通过3,6-二氟哒嗪与(未)取代苄醇在NaOH/CH3CN体系反应, 合成了一系列未见报道的3-(未)取代苄氧基-6-氟哒嗪, 其结构均经1H NMR, IR和元素分析确证. 初步的生物活性测试结果表明, 所合成的化合物对油菜和稗草均有一定的抑制作用, 讨论了其结构与除草活性的关系.

A series of novel 3-(un)substituted benzyloxy-6-fluoropyridazine derivatives were synthesized by reaction of different benzyl alcohols with 3,6-difluoropyridazine in CH3CN catalyzed by NaOH. Their structures were identified by 1H NMR, IR spectra and elemental analysis. Preliminary bioassay showed that all of them possessed some extent herbicidal activity against Brassica napus and Echinochloa crusgalli, and the structure-activity relationship was discussed.
