α-氨基酸的不对称合成是不对称合成方法学中不可缺少的重要组成部分. 着重从不对称反应形成化学键的角度出发, 综述了α-氨基酸不对称合成的最新进展.

Asymmetric synthesis of α-amino acids is one important field of the asymmetric synthesis chemistry. Based on the asymmetric formation of chemical bond, the recent progress in the asymmetric synthesis of α-amino acids has been reviewed.
