以芳香醛、5-氨基-1H-吡唑和丙二腈为原料, 三组分“一锅煮”合成4,5-二氢吡唑并[1,5-a]嘧啶类化合物. 所有化合物均经IR, 1H NMR和元素分析检测. 该法是一种操作简单, 产率较高的方法.

A series of new 4,5-dihydropyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine derivatives were synthesized by using al-dehydes, 5-amino-1H-pyrazole and malonitrile in one-pot. The structures of these compounds were characterized by IR, 1H NMR spectra and elemental analysis.
