Condensation Reactions of Aromatic Aldehydes with 3-Methyl-4,5- dihydroisoxazol-5-one without Solvent and Catalyst

在无溶剂无催化剂条件下, 芳香醛与3-甲基异噁唑-5-酮经室温研磨和固相加热发生缩合反应得到了系列3-甲 基-4-芳亚烃基异噁唑-5-酮. 产物的结构经1H NMR, IR, MS和元素分析确证.

A series of 4-arylmethylidene-3-methyl-4,5-dihydroisoxazol-5-one derivatives were synthesized by the condensation reactions of aromatic aldehydes with 3-methyl-4,5-dihydroisoxazol-5-one via room temperature grinding or heating under solvent-free conditions without any catalyst. The products were identified by 1H NMR, IR, MS spectra and elemental analysis.
