Synthesis and Characterization of Novel Ferrocenyl α-Aminophosphonic Esters

将亚磷酸二乙酯与含有二茂铁席夫碱的化合物反应, 合成了一系列新型的含二茂铁的α-氨基膦酸酯, 所有化合物均经过元素分析, IR, 1H NMR, 31P NMR进行表征. 3h的X射线单晶表明, 3h属三斜晶系, P-1空间群, 晶胞参数a=0.9728 nm, b=1.1056 nm, c=1.3713 nm, α=108.445(2)°, β=98.649(2)°, γ=104.890(2)°, 最终偏差因子R=0.049, wR=0.1152.

A series of α-aminophosphonates bearing the ferrocenyl moiety were obtained by the addition of diethyl phosphite to an azomethine bond of Schiff bases. The compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR and 31P NMR spectra. X-ray crystallography of 3h reveals that it belongs to triclinic system P-1 space group, with a=0.9728 nm, b=1.1056 nm, c=1.3713 nm, α=108.445(2)°, β=98.649(2)°, γ=104.890(2)°, final R=0.049, wR=0.1152.
