取代1,2,4-三唑并[1,5-c]嘧啶衍生物的合成与生物活性

Synthesis and Biological Activity of Substituted 1,2,4-Triazolo[1,5-c]pyrimidine Derivatives

以肼基取代嘧啶为起始原料, 设计合成了16个新型的5-甲硫基-7-氯-1,2,4-三唑并[1,5-c]嘧啶-2-氧苄醚类及35个取代1,2,4-三唑并[1,5-c]嘧啶-2-氧苯醚类化合物, 通过元素分析、MS和1H NMR对所合成的化合物进行了结构表征. 初步生测结果表明, 部分化合物表现出不同程度的除草及杀菌活性.

Sixteen novel 2-[substituted benzyloxy 7-chloro-5-methylsulfanyl-[1,2,4]-triazolo[1,5-c] pyrimidine derivatives and thirty-six novel substituted 2-phenoxy-[1,2,4]-triazolo[1,5-c]pyrimidine deriva- tives have been designed and synthesized using substituted 4-hydrazinopyrimidine as starting material. All synthesized compounds were confirmed by elemental analysis, MS and 1H NMR techniques. Preliminary bioassay indicates that some of them display good herbicidal and fungicidal activities.
