α-(2,4-二氯苯氧基乙酰氧基)-α-芳甲基膦酸酯的合成、 晶体结构及除草活性

Synthesis, Crystal Structure and Herbicidal Activity of α-(2,4- Dichlorophenoxyacetoxy)-α-arylmethylphosphonates

通过2,4-二氯苯氧基乙酰氯和α-羟基芳甲基膦酸酯的缩合反应合成了12种标题化合物, 用元素分析, IR, 1H NMR及MS作了表征. 为进一步了解此类化合物的结构, 用X射线单晶衍射测定了化合物4a的晶体结构. 初步的生物活性测试表明, 部分化合物对单、双子叶植物根的生长具有优异的抑制作用. 质量浓度分别为100和10 mg/L时, 化合物4a~4l对油菜根和稗草根的生长抑制率均超过90%.

Twelve novel α-(2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetoxy)arylmethylphosphonates were synthesized from the intermediate (α-hydroxyl)-α-arylmethylphosphonates and 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetyl chloride. All com-pounds synthesized were identified by 1H NMR, IR and MS techniques. The crystal structure of the com-pound 4a was determined by X-ray single-crystal diffraction. Preliminary bioassay results showed that some of these compounds had better inhibiting effect against the roots of rape and barnyard grass. Inhibitory rates of compounds 4a~4l against the roots of rape and barnyard grass were more than 90% at a dosage of 100 and 10 mg/L respectively.
