百两金根中的一个新皂苷

A New Triterpenoid Saponin from the Root of Ardisia crispa

利用各种色谱分离技术, 从百两金Ardisia Crispa根中分离得到7个化合物, 根据理化性质和光谱数据鉴定为(+)-安五脂素(1), 内消旋二氢愈疮木酸(2), 6-羟基己酸(3), 岩白菜素(4), 正十四烷(5), β-谷甾醇(6)和百两金皂苷C (7). 其中7为新化合物. 采用MTT细胞试验研究化合物7对肝癌细胞Bel-7402的抑制活性.

A novel compound, ardisicrispin C (7), along with (+) anwulignan (1), meso-dihydroguaiaretic acid (2), 6-hydroxyhexanoic acid (3), bergenin (4), n-tetradecane (5) and β-sitosterol (6), was isolated from the root of Ardisia crispa. Ardisicrispin C (7) suppressed Bel-7402 cells in vitro with cytotoxic activity.
