Synthesis and Characterization of a New Series of Poly-Substituted Pyridines Containing Benzimidazoles and Its Metallic Complex

以苯并咪唑查尔酮、吡啶盐在醋酸氨和冰醋酸中的混合物为原料, 在微波作用下合成了一系列未见文献报道的多取代吡啶类化合物, 并研究了具有代表性的化合物与金属离子的配位反应. 通过IR, UV, 1H NMR, 13C NMR等方法进行了表征, 并用单晶X-ray衍射法测定了一个配合物的单晶分子结构.

A series of new poly-substituted pyridines were synthesized under microwave starting from benzimidazole-chalcone and pyridinium salt in the mixture of ammonium acetic acid and glacial acetic acid. The coordination of representative compounds with different metal ions was also made. All the structures of as-prepared ligands and complexes were characterized by IR, UV, 1H NMR, 13C NMR spectra, etc. A single crystal structure of complex was determined by an X-ray diffraction method.
