报道了醚氧乙酰肼类化合物在氢氧化钠存在下可以重排为有机肼类化合物的新方法. 该方法适宜于合成多种取代的2-苯基-6-肼基-3-哒嗪酮类化合物. 产物通过IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR等方法进行了表征.

A novel synthetic method for 2-phenyl-6-hydrazine-3-pyridazione derivatives is explored. The key step is the rearrangement of acetyl hydrazine in the existence of NaOH in ethanol to obtain the hydrazine compounds. All their structures were characterized by IR, 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectra.
