一种新型双缩合螺吡喃的合成、表征及晶体结构

Synthesis, Characterization and Crystal Structure of a Dicondensed Spiropyran

以过量吲哚啉和5-硝基水杨醛为原料合成了4-(2-亚甲基-1-乙基-3,3-二甲基吲哚啉-2 -基)-6-硝基-1 -乙基-3 ,3 -二甲基-螺[3,4-二氢-2H-l-苯并吡喃-2,2 -吲哚啉], 通过核磁共振、红外光谱、元素分析对其结构进行了表征. 同时利用X单晶衍射仪测定了该化合物的结构, 结果表明: 晶体属单斜晶系, 空间群P2/n, a=1.2476(3) nm, b=1.1939(2) nm, c=2.0317(4) nm, α=90°, β=107.45(3)°, γ=90°, D=1.205 g/cm, μ=0.077 mm, F(000)=1120, V=2.8871(10) nm, Z=4.

A compound of 4-(2-methylene-1-ethyl-3,3-dimethylindoline-2 -yl)-6-nitryl-1 -ethyl-3 ,3 -di- methylspiro[3,4-dihydro-2H-1-benzopyran-2,2 -indoline] has been synthesized by the reaction of excess indoline with 5-nitrosalicylaldehyde in refluxing ethanol. The molecular structure was characterized by 1H NMR, IR spectra and elemental analysis. Meanwhile, the crystal of the compound was obtained and determined by X-ray diffraction study. Crystal data for this compound: monoclinic, space group P2/n, a=1.2476(3) nm, b=1.1939(2) nm, c=2.0317(4) nm, α=90°, β=107.45(3)°, γ=90°, D=1.205 g/cm, μ=0.077 mm, F(000)=1120, V=2.8871(10) nm, Z=4.
