萘丁美酮合成的改进

Technological Improvement of Synthesis for Nabumetone

探讨合成萘丁美酮的新方法. 以2-甲氧基萘为原料, 在超声波作用下并使用新型催化剂合成萘丁美酮. 所合成目标化合物经过IR, MS, H NMR谱确证. 通过与文献报道路线的对比, 在超声波作用下合成此药物反应时间由原先的13.5 h缩短到7.5 h, 产率由23.9%提高到39.4%. 此法在合成萘丁美酮时, 能够使合成时间缩短且产率提高.

In order to explore new method for synthesis of nabumetone, a synthetic method was investigated by the treatment of 2-methoxy naphthalene under ultrasonic irradiation. The time of the new synthesis method would be shortened from 13.5 h to 7.5 h and yield would be increased from 23.9% to 39.4%. The structure of the synthetic compound was identified by IR, MS and H NMR techniques.
