苯磺酰硫脲衍生物的无溶剂合成

Solvent-Free Synthesis of Benzenesulfonylthioureas

等物质的量的苯磺酰胺钠盐与异硫氰酸酯在封管中、无溶剂和130 ℃条件下反应, 得到一系列苯磺酰硫脲衍生物, 产率高到中等. 产物结构通过IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, ESI-MS和元素分析的表征.

A series of benzenesulfonylthioureas were synthesized by the reaction of sodium benzenesulfamides and isosulfocyanates in sealed tube at 130 ℃ and solvent-free conditions in moderate to good yields. All products were characterized by IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, ESI-MS techniques and elemental analysis.
