水相法合成双(环戊二烯基)钛氨基酸配合物的研究

以N-(取代苯基)氨基乙酸及盐与双(环戊二烯基)二氯化钛在水相及有机相反应,得到了五个双(环戊二烯基)钛氨基酸配合物,对配合物进行了熔点、元素分析、IR及^1HNMR的表征,确定了它们的结构。这些配合物在空气中稳定。经比较,水相中的合成反应速度快,操作简便,产物较易分离,产率高。

Dicyclopentadienyl titanium(IV) amino acid complexes of the type Cp~2Ti(O~2CCH~2-NHC~6H~4R)~2 (R=H, p-Cl, p-OC~2H~5, m-CH~3, m=Cl) have been synthesized in aqueous medium by the reaction of titanocene dicholoride (Cp~2TiCl~2) with sodium or potassium salts of the amino acids RC~6H~4NHCH~2COOH (R=H, p-Cl, p-OC~2H~5, m-CH~3, m-Cl), or in nonaqueous medium by the reaction of Cp~2TiCl~2 with the RC~6H~4NHCH~2COOH in presence of NEt~3. These complexes have been characterized by elemental analyses, IR and ^1H NMR. Having compared the facts from aqueous medium with in nonaquous medium, we have found that in aqueous medium, the reaction is faster, and the product yield is higher.
