含1H-吡啶和噻(二)唑的新型双杂环化合物的合成及其生物活性

以苯肼、乙酰乙酸乙酯和氨基杂环为原料,合成了两类含双杂环的新型吡唑甲 酰胺衍生物,其结构经元素分析、~1H NMR,MS及IR确证。初步的生物活性测试结 果表明:部分化合物对水稻纹枯病菌、小麦赤霉病菌和苹果轮纹病菌具有良好的抑 制效果。

In order to search for novel fungicides with high activity and low toxicity, a series of bis-heterocyclic compounds containing 1H- pyrazole and thiazole were designed and synthesized from phenyl hydrazine, ethyl acetoacetate and aromatic aminoheterolcycles. The structures of all new compounds were confirmed by elemental analysis, ~1H NMR, IR and MS spectra. Preliminary bioaasays indicated that some compounds showed fungicidal activity against Pellicularia sasakii, Gibberella zeave and Physalospora piricola.
