本文报道DL-苯丙氨酸-1-14C的合成,并利用嗜热菌蛋白酶促拆分光异构体.化学产率和放化学率一致,可达67%,标记化合物的放化纯度高于95%.

DL-Phenylalanine-1-14C was synthesized by the Strecker method and resolved by enzymic reaction with thermolysin. Both the overall chem. and radioactive yields were consistent with each other (67%) and the radioactive purity of labeled compound was over 95%.
