1,5-二取代吡唑基-1,4-戊二烯-3-酮类化合物的合成及生物活性研究

设计合成了13个未见文献报道的1,5-二取代吡唑基-1,4-戊二烯-3-酮类化合物, 其结构经元素分析, 1H NMR, IR确证. 初步生物活性测试结果表明, 部分化合物有一定的抗烟草花叶病毒(TMV)活性, 所有化合物抑菌活性较低.

In order to find novel anti-TMV and antifungal compounds with high activity and low toxicity, thirteen new 1,5-bis(substituted pyrazol-4-yl)-1,4-pentadien-3-one derivatives were synthesized. Their structures were characterized by IR, 1H NMR spectra and elemental analysis. Preliminary bioassays indicated that some compounds showed moderate activity against TMV, and all compounds showed weak antifungal activity.
