Synthesis and Optical Properties of a Series of New Tailed Porphyrinate Dipeptide

以5-(4-氨基苯基)-10,15,20-三苯基卟啉、叔丁氧羰基(Boc)保护的氨基酸为原料合成了系列新型尾式氨基酸卟啉和尾式卟啉二肽, 用核磁、质谱及元素分析对产物进行了表征, 并研究了其光学性质. 结果表明: 所合成的系列尾式卟啉二肽产率高达94%以上, 在可见光的红光部分有强烈的荧光发射.

A series of new tailed porphyrinate dipeptides were designed and synthesized by the reactions of 5-(4-aminophenyl)-10,15,20-triphenylporphyrin with Boc protected amino acid. The target products and in-termediates were characterized by MS, 1H NMR techniques and elemental analysis, and their optical proper-ties were researched. The yields were up to 94%. The tailed porphyrinate dipeptides have strong fluores-cence emission in the red region of the spectrum.
