本文报道以L-阿拉伯糖为原料, 将所得的偕二氟代糖在BF3.εt2O催化下,直接与硅烷化尿嘧啶缩合, 得到相应的L-构型的2'-脱氧-2'-氟-2'-尿嘧啶异核苷。所得产物经UV. 1H NMR、^1^9F NMR和MS证明。

Deoxydifluoropentopyranosides I (R = F) was reacted with trimethylsilylated uracil to give title compounds I (R = uracil) (II). None of these isonucleosides II showed antitumor activity.
