含2(5H)-呋喃酮结构的化合物广泛存在于天然产物中, 具有多种生物活性. 对其合成方法进行了分类综述.

The compounds with structure of 2(5H)-furanones exist in a large number of natural products, and show a wide range of biological activities. Their synthetic methodologies are classified and reviewed in this paper.
