烷基取代三唑硫酮席夫碱的合成和生物活性研究

用5-烷基-4-氨基-2,4-二氢-1,2,4-三唑-3-硫酮与取代芳醛在酸催化下反应合成了7个席夫碱, 化合物结构用1H NMR, IR和元素分析进行了表征, 对植物病原菌的生物活性测试表明它们具有较好的生物活性.

Seven Schiff bases have been prepared by an acid catalyzed condensation of 5-alkyl-4-amino- 2,4-dihydro-1,2,4-triazole-3-thione with substituted aromatic aldehydes, the structures of which have been confirmed by 1H NMR, IR spectra and elemental analysis. Their biological activities to several vegetable pathogens have been tested, showing that they exhibited good fungicidal activities.
