氧化法合成烃基磺酰氯

以S-烃基异硫脲盐、硫氰酸酯、硫醚为底物,在盐酸介质中,温和条件下,通过氧化法高产率地合成了烃基磺酰氯;探讨了氧化剂作用机理;合成中采用PTC技术,使产品收率可提高30%。

Hydrocarbyl sulfuryl chloride was prepared by the oxidation of S- hydrocarbyl isothiouronium salts, thiocyanic esters and sulfuric ether in the medium of hydrochloric acid under mild conditions with high yields. The use of phase transfer catalysis could make the yield increased by 30%. In addition, the mechanism of oxidation process was brieflly discussed.
