苯基(三甲基硅基亚甲基)锡二芳香酸酯的合成、结构和抗癌活性

Synthesis, Structure and Antitumour Activity of Phenyl-(trimethylsilylmethyl)tin Arylcarboxylates

采用苯基(三甲基硅基亚甲基)二溴化锡和芳香酸在三乙胺存在下, 以1︰2的物质的量比进行反应, 合成了10个新的含硅混合二烃基锡化合物苯基(三甲基硅基亚甲基)锡二芳香酸酯. 利用IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR和元素分析对它们的组成和结构进行了表征; 部分化合物的生物活性测定结果表明, 它们对某些癌细胞有较好的体外抗癌活性.

Ten phenyl-(trimethylsilylmethyl)tin arylcarboxylates have been synthesized by the reaction of phenyl-(trimethylsilylmethyl)tin dibromide with arylcarboxylic acids. Their structures were characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectra. The preliminary bioassay tests showed that they had a good antitumour activity in vitro against Hela and SPC-A-1 tumour cells.
