以4,4-二甲基-3-异噁唑酮为母体化合物, 通过异氰酸酯法合成了9个磺酰脲类异噁唑酮衍生物, 经IR, MS, NMR及元素分析证实了化合物的结构, 测定了这些化合物的除草活性, 并对构效关系进行了初步探讨.

Nine sulfonylurea derivatives of isoxazolidinone were synthesized using 4,4-dimethyl-3-isoxazolidinone as the starting material. The structures of these compounds were confirmed by IR, MS, NMR spectra and elemental analysis. The herbicidal activity and structure-activing relationship were also investigated.
