哒嗪酮衍生物的合成和生物活性研究

合成了16个含哒嗪酮环新化合物, 所有化合物结构均通过1H NMR, IR和元素分析确证. 生物活性初步研究结果表明, 在200 mg/kg浓度下, 化合物7a, 7b, 7c7d对二龄家蝇幼虫具有较好的杀虫活性, 对三龄蝗蝻活性不明显.

Sixteen compounds of pyridazinone derivatives were synthesized. Their structures were determined by 1H NMR, IR spectra and elemental analysis. In the preliminary bioassay test, compounds 7a, 7b, 7c and 7d showed good activity against second-instar housefly larvae and lower activity for third-instar nymphs of locusts at concentration of 200 mg/kg .
