以芳醛、丙二腈和4,6-二羟基嘧啶为原料, 以乙醇为溶剂, 在80 ℃以KF/Al2O3为催化剂合成了一系列的吡喃并[2,3-d]嘧啶衍生物, 产物的结构通过IR, 1H NMR和元素分析表征, 并进一步通过X射线衍射分析确证.

A series of pyrano[2,3-d]pyrimidine derivatives have been synthesized by the reaction of aromatic aldehyde, malononitrile and 4,6-dihydroxylpyrimidine in EtOH at 80 ℃ catalyzed by KF/Al2O3. The structures of the products were characterized by IR, 1H NMR spectra and elemental analysis, and further confirmed by X-ray analysis.
